Furnace Fire
The Ann Arbor Fire Department quickly put out a fire in the furnace at the Windermere Park Apartments clubhouse, office and fitness center at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.
When they arrived at the complex at 2820 Windwood Drive, smoke was coming from the center. The fire was contained to the furnace room, but smoke filled the entire structure.
Damage was estimated at $15,000
